No Third Party payments:
ACY Education does not accept funds for any trading account via a third party. We can neither guarantee the receipt, nor the return of such payments. Please keep in mind that restrictions on third party payments are set by banks and Australian authorities, which have developed extensive procedures, regulations, and laws to stop the transfer of illegal funds and money laundering. Funding Costs Associated with American Express and JCB:
All amounts funded by American Express and JCB will incur a 3.5% Transaction Fee. Credit Card Verification:
Account deposits made via credit or debit card will require a colour copy of the front and back of the card to confirm ownership. The cardholder's first and last name, as well as the first six and last four digits of the card, must be legible in order for the card to be acceptable.
Withdrawal requests on accounts funded via credit card will be processed as refunds back to the same card which has been used for funding. Withdrawal requests in excess of initial funding will only be processed to a bank account held in the same name as the account held with Synergy. A bank statement will be required as proof of ownership. All withdrawals on accounts funded via credit card will be restricted for a period of time (minimum 60 days) so that validity of the credit card can be established.
Risks associated with funding by Credit Card:
You accept that if you are funding an account to trade a leveraged product you may be exposed to a greater risk of entering into financial difficulty, should you experience trading losses, than if you fund your account with a cash wire transfer. By funding with a credit card you may expose yourself to ‘double leverage’.
